Welcome to our Authenticator app. These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and TEAM V GAMES ("we", "our", or "us"), governing your use of the mobile application ("App") and any features, services, or content offered within (collectively, the "Service").
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App and discontinue use immediately.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we'll provide notice within the App or via email (if available). Continued use of the App after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
The App allows users to securely manage two-factor authentication (2FA) tokens and related functionality. Depending on the version of the App, some features may be offered as:

Paid features are available via subscription (auto-renewing) or one-time payment through the App Store or Google Play.
We may offer free trials for subscriptions. If not canceled before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged according to your selected plan.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled via your App Store account. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
All refunds are subject to App Store or Google Play terms. We do not directly process or store payment data and are not responsible for refunds denied by the app stores.

All content, branding, software, and associated rights in the App are owned by TEAM V GAMES or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use our trademarks, branding, or code for any other purpose.
Some versions of the App may display third-party ads or integrate third-party SDKs. These providers may collect limited, anonymized data to deliver relevant ads or improve app functionality. For more, refer to our Privacy Policy.
We provide the App "as-is" and "as-available," with no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose. While we strive to maintain a secure and stable service, we do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

The App may be updated automatically to improve security or performance. You agree to receive such updates without separate notice.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, especially in the case of violations. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will be revoked.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully, as it explains what data we collect and how we use it, in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable laws.
If any part is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours without restriction.
When you confirm a purchase, the payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. Your subscription will renew automatically unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the current billing cycle ends. Your account will be billed for renewal within the 24 hours leading up to the end of the current period, and the renewal cost will be specified.
You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time by accessing your Apple ID account settings after the initial purchase. If a free trial is offered and you choose to subscribe before it ends, any remaining trial period will be forfeited. To avoid being charged, make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or subscription period. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the current period ends and then transition to the free version of the service.
In cases where a refund is requested for an in-app purchase, we may share relevant anonymized usage data with Apple. This may include information such as time spent in the app, usage patterns, whether the purchase was fully utilized, if a trial was included, and the total amount paid and refunded.
