Privacy Policy – Authenticator

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is part of the End User License Agreement ("EULA") and applies to the use of the mobile application and services ("App" and "Service") provided by TEAM V GAMES ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

This Policy explains what personal and non-personal data we may collect, how it is used, who it may be shared with, and your rights, in accordance with applicable laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

1. Types of Data We Process

We collect two types of data:

a. Non-Personal Data

Includes technical information that cannot identify you, such as:

  • Device type and model
  • OS version
  • Session duration
  • In-app events
  • Crash logs

b. Personal Data

Includes identifiable information that may include:

  • In-app purchase and subscription identifiers (non-identifiable IDs from app stores)
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging token (for push notifications)
  • Advertising ID (if advertising SDKs are enabled)

We treat all data that can reasonably be linked to a person as Personal Data.

2. How We Collect Information

We collect data through:

  • SDKs and tracking tools (automated)
  • User-provided input (voluntarily via contact forms or registration)
  • Third-party integrations (e.g., Firebase, RevenueCat, Qonversion, Crashlytics, Mixpanel)

3. Use of Information

We process data to:

  • Operate and improve our App and Services
  • Provide technical support
  • Validate subscriptions
  • Send push notifications
  • Analyze usage patterns
  • Comply with legal obligations

We use your personal data only when we have a lawful basis under GDPR such as:

  • Performance of a contract (e.g., subscription validation)
  • Legitimate interest (e.g., improving service, analytics)
  • Consent (e.g., marketing, location tracking)

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use service providers to operate our app. These include:

We do not process or store payment data. Transactions are handled solely by the respective store. We receive only anonymized user ID and receipt validation.

We may integrate SDKs from:

  • AppLovin, and others

These may collect data for ad personalization. You can manage ad tracking in your device settings.

5. Log Data

In case of an error, log data is collected and may include:

  • Device name and OS version
  • Crash timestamp
  • App version
  • Technical details of the crash

This is used for diagnostics and service improvement.

6. User Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access and review your data
  • Correct or update your data
  • Request data deletion
  • Withdraw consent
  • Object to data processing
  • File a complaint with a supervisory authority

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as necessary for:

  • Providing the Service
  • Complying with legal obligations

We may delete or anonymize data that is no longer needed.

8. Data Transfers

We may process data in and outside the EU, including in the United States and the United Kingdom, using:

  • Google Cloud
  • Firebase infrastructure

We ensure adequate safeguards are in place such as Standard Contractual Clauses for data transfers under GDPR.

9. Security

We apply physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective as of the "Effective Date" above. Significant changes will be communicated within the app where required.
